Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, from your member portal. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees — move up, move down, or pause as your needs change.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Membership and visits are HSA/FSA eligible, and we provide the documentation you need.
Do you take insurance?
We're a membership practice, so care isn't billed through insurance — but we provide detailed superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Can I cover my family?
Platinum includes whole-family coverage. On Gold and below, family members can be added for a per-member rate.
