01 — Primary care

Whole-person primary care

One clinician who holds your full history, your labs, and your life in view — and has the time to use it.

Most primary care is built around the clock, not the person sitting in front of it. Visits are scheduled in minutes, and whatever doesn’t fit gets pushed to a follow-up that may or may not happen. We built ours around a different constraint: the time a real conversation actually takes.

Every member is paired with one clinician who becomes the throughline of their care, rather than a rotating cast of providers who each see a slice of the picture. That clinician follows your history and your labs across visits, not just within one.

Continuity is the point. A clinician who already knows your history can catch a pattern a first-time visit would miss, and can have a shorter, more useful conversation because the context doesn’t need to be rebuilt each time. Membership can extend that same continuity to the people you’re responsible for, so a family’s care lives in one place instead of scattered across offices.

Primary care built this way isn’t about seeing a clinician when something is wrong. It’s about already having one who knows you when something is.
